Questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. One product with as many boards, posts, voters and team mates as you like, forever. You only pay when you want your own domain, more products or to remove our badge.
What counts as a product?
An app, game, tool or website you collect feedback for. Each product gets its own boards, roadmap, changelog, feature list and widget.
Can I bring my Canny or Featurebase data?
Yes — Team → Import reads their CSV exports and API (JSON) exports. You see a preview, map their statuses to yours, then import posts, vote counts, comments and release notes. Run it again and it skips what’s already there.
How does a custom domain work?
On Pro, type feedback.yourapp.com under Team → Domain. We show you a CNAME and two TXT records to add at your DNS provider; once they’re seen, HTTPS is issued automatically and your board answers on your domain.
Do my users need an account?
No. Guests can report bugs (with a private email if they want replies). Voting and commenting use a quick Google or email-link sign-in — no passwords. On Pro, your app can sign people in for us.
Where is my data?
In the UK (London) on Supabase, protected by row-level security so workspaces can never see each other. You can export everything, and delete your account at any time.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Team → Plan. Your plan runs to the end of the month or year you’ve paid for, then you drop back to Free and keep your boards.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — ask within 14 days of your first payment (or a yearly renewal) and we’ll refund it in full. Details in our refund policy.
