Terms of use

Last updated 12 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Feedback Pigeon — feedback boards, roadmaps, release notes and the in-app widget, whether you’re giving feedback or running a workspace for your own products. Feedback Pigeon is run by Way of the Pigeon Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 16797488), registered office 82, Suite A, James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE. By using it you agree to them; if you don’t, please don’t use it.

Your account

You can browse without an account. To post, vote, comment or follow you sign in with Google, an email link, or through one of our apps. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us at hello@feedbackpigeon.com if you think someone else has used it. You must be 13 or over.

What you post

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, show, copy and adapt it so we can run the boards, and to use your ideas and feedback to improve our products. Suggestions are given freely: if we build something you suggested, we don’t owe you payment or credit (though we like to say thanks in the release notes).

Public boards are visible to anyone on the internet. Don’t post personal details, passwords or anything private on a public board — use “Keep it private” or a guest email instead. Check screenshots before attaching them.

Be decent

Don’t post anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, misleading, infringing or spammy; don’t impersonate others; don’t try to break, overload, scrape or get around the security of the service (including the “are you human?” check). We may edit, merge, hide or remove posts and comments, and suspend accounts that break these terms.

Running a workspace

If you create a workspace for your own products, you’re responsible for your boards and for what your team does there, and you’re the controller of the feedback your users give you (we process it for you, as our privacy policy explains). The same rules about decent content apply to your boards.

Plans, prices and billing

Giving feedback is always free, and so is the Free plan for a workspace. Pro and Business are paid subscriptions, monthly or yearly. Prices are shown on our pricing page and in Team → Plan before you buy.

  • Paddle is our reseller. Paid plans are sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd, the merchant of record: you buy from Paddle, Paddle takes the payment, adds VAT or sales tax where it applies, and sends your receipts and invoices. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to the purchase. We provide the service itself.
  • Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. We’ll tell you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect, so you can cancel first if you’d rather.
  • Cancelling. Cancel any time from Team → Plan. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then the workspace moves to Free — you keep your boards, posts and history.
  • Changing plan. Upgrades start straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
  • Refunds. See our refund policy — in short, a full refund if you ask within 14 days of your first payment.
  • Failed payments. If a renewal can’t be collected, Paddle tries again for a while; if it still fails, the workspace moves to Free.

The service

We work hard to keep Feedback Pigeon running, but we provide it “as is”: features may change and it may sometimes be unavailable. We won’t take away a main feature of a paid plan during a period you’ve already paid for. A roadmap, status or target date is a plan, not a promise.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we aren’t liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of the service. For a paid workspace, our total liability in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in those 12 months; for free use, to £100.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from My feedback, and cancel a paid plan at any time (see above). We may close the service or an account with reasonable notice — if we close a paid workspace for a reason that isn’t your fault, we refund the unused part of your subscription — or straight away if the terms are seriously broken.

The legal bits

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction (if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings there). We may update these terms; we’ll change the date at the top and flag significant changes. See also our privacy policy and refund policy. Questions: hello@feedbackpigeon.com.
