Refund policy

Last updated 12 October 2026

We want you to be happy paying for Feedback Pigeon. If it isn’t right for you, here’s how cancelling and refunds work. Paid plans are sold through our reseller Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd, the merchant of record), so refunds are paid back by Paddle, to the card or account you paid with.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you’re not happy with a paid plan, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full — no questions, no forms. The same goes for a yearly renewal: ask within 14 days of the renewal payment and we’ll refund it. Your workspace then moves to the Free plan and keeps everything on it.

Cancel any time

Cancel from Team → Plan whenever you like. Nothing more is charged, and your paid features stay on until the end of the month or year you’ve already paid for. After that the workspace moves to Free; your boards, posts, votes and release notes all stay.

After the first 14 days

  • Monthly plans — when you cancel we don’t refund the rest of the current month, but you keep using it until the month ends.
  • Yearly plans — after 14 days we don’t refund part of a year; you keep the plan until the year ends.
  • Upgrades — moving up a plan charges only the difference for the rest of the period, worked out to the day. Upgraded by mistake? Tell us within 14 days and we’ll put it back and refund the difference.
  • Downgrades — take effect from your next renewal, so there’s nothing to refund.

We’ll always refund when it’s the fair thing to do: if you were charged twice or by mistake, charged after you cancelled, or Feedback Pigeon was down for a long stretch or didn’t work as described. If we ever close a paid workspace for a reason that isn’t your fault, we refund the unused part of your subscription.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@feedbackpigeon.com from the address on your account, with your workspace name or the order number on your Paddle receipt. You can also ask Paddle directly at paddle.net. We aim to answer within two working days. Once a refund is approved, Paddle sends it back to the original payment method; it usually shows within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

Your rights

This policy adds to your legal rights; it doesn’t take any away. If you buy as a consumer you also have the rights in Paddle’s buyer terms and under consumer law where you live, including when a service isn’t as described. See also our terms of use.
